Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a detail-oriented Field Action Remediation Specialist to lead remote deployments of software and firmware, configure devices in RSS, and perform remediation tasks in an FDA-regulated setting.

The position is remote with overnight US hours to support customers, with minimal weekend/holiday work. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on experience and strong documentation discipline. Excellent communication and ability to work independently across teams are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (minimum education)
• 2-3 years of proven applied experience
• Computer Science, Technology, Healthcare-related education or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Deep technical orientation with experience deploying proprietary and standard applications
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and domain security
• Analytical skills for logical troubleshooting of technical problems
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
• Problem solver comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Diligent with thorough follow-up capabilities
• Goal and action-oriented mentality

Responsibilities

• Implement remote software and firmware deployments, configure devices in RSS, and perform remediation activities in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Support customers primarily in the US with overnight hours (12AM–8AM EST / 11PM–7AM CST / 9PM–5AM PST).
