Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a detail-oriented Field Action Remediation Specialist to lead remote deployments of software and firmware, configure devices in RSS, and perform remediation tasks in an FDA-regulated setting.

The position is remote with overnight US hours to support customers, with minimal weekend/holiday work. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on experience and strong documentation discipline. Excellent communication and ability to work independently across teams are valued.

Qualifications
