Job summary

Program Management Solutions LLC seeks a Field Service Engineer to support deployed military medical units. This remote role requires extensive travel and an active DoD Secret clearance. You will deploy, configure, and sustain IM/IT and EHR systems in austere environments, coordinating with clinical and technical teams.

The position emphasizes SDLC involvement, cybersecurity compliance, and rapid problem solving to maintain mission-critical healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on DoD EHR and web-based medical applications experience in garrison and deployed settings.
Knowledge of clinical workflows and technical systems integration.
Strong SDLC understanding including design, development, integration and post-deployment support.
HIPAA/privacy/compliance understanding in healthcare IT environments.
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).

Responsibilities

Coordinate deployment and redeployment of IM/IT systems in theater environments.
Provide Tier II/III support for EHR systems and web-based medical apps.
Deliver training and guidance to clinical, administrative, and technical staff.
Engage in full SDLC activities from requirements to maintenance.
Ensure DoD cybersecurity and PHI privacy compliance in connected and disconnected environments.
Oversee logistics for hardware/software transport, installation, and inventory.
