Job summary

Partner’s Consulting, Inc. seeks a DOJ Technical Project Coordinator I to support field service installations, upgrades, and remediation activities.

You will liaise between field technicians, project management, dispatch, vendors, and customer stakeholders to keep workflows on track. The role is 100% remote with an overnight schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 7pm CST start, 50 hours/week), requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple systems and teams to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of related field experience.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within field.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end installation coordination from dispatch to technician release.
• Conduct pre-dispatch readiness reviews and confirm arrival times, scope and materials.
• Provide real-time operational and technical support to field technicians.
• Monitor progress against milestones and timelines.
• Track status in systems like Smartsheet and ILEX with hourly updates.
• Ensure all deliverables, tests, photos, and records are uploaded within 24 hours of completion.
• Serve as primary day-of-job point of contact between field personnel, management, customers and project teams.
