Job summary

Kitestring is seeking a Mid-level Deployment Specialist to support rollout and deployment of systems across pilot and production environments. You will execute scripted deployments, validate installations, and assist with configurations such as terminal groups and pinpads, often with overnight work.

The role emphasizes deployment processes, system validation, and collaboration with project teams, with flexibility for remote work and monthly office visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with deployment rollout and validation.
• Familiarity with Toshiba ACE/CHEC is preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute scripted deployments.
• Comfort with overnight deployments and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Execute scripted system deployments during scheduled install windows.
• Perform post-installation validations to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
• Support pilot deployments and full rollout projects.
• Assist with custom configurations, including: Terminal group configuration; Pinpad installations.
• Execute and support deployments.
• Work closely with project teams during rollout phases.
• Monitor deployments overnight when required.
• Validate systems the day after installation and report any issues.
• Support automation-based deployment processes.
