Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Deployment Support Analyst for an Overnight Shift. This remote role supports restaurant technology deployment and proactive support, with initial onsite training in Irvine, CA.

The candidate will own troubleshooting documentation and cross-train across Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs, ensuring timely incident resolution. Qualified applicants have a CS degree or equivalent experience, 1+ year in customer service, and strong OS scripting/command skills.

Qualifications

• Prefer a Computer Science degree or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of Help Desk experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills with OS concepts and scripting (UNIX, NT, PC fundamentals, OS/2, etc.).
• Excellent written and oral communication, plus strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance and support for restaurant technology using independent judgment within approved processes.
• Take ownership of Deployment and Proactive support focus areas, including documenting troubleshooting and resolutions.
• Cross-train to support Deployment, ECARE, and RTO programs, including troubleshooting and vendor follow-up.
• Identify root cause issues and defects with Tier 1 applications and share findings with Business Partners.
• Support incident resolution by translating requests into appropriate specifications while understanding business workflows.
