Job summary

This remote/field-based role supports patient access by educating providers on benefits, reimbursement processes, and hub programs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve payer barriers.

The FAM will analyze access trends, coordinate with hub vendors, and educate field teams on pricing and coverage. Travel ranges 20-25%, and a strong HIPAA/compliance background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes.
• HIPAA compliance expertise.
• Remote work with 20-25% travel; must reside in the New Orleans metro area.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education to HCP accounts on patient access and benefits.
• Analyze access trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove access barriers and support patient satisfaction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of payer policies and regional market dynamics.
• Escalate access issues with third parties including hub vendor and support on Specialty Pharmacy issues.
