Merck is seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) to act as the subject-matter expert on access issues for healthcare professionals and organizations. This remote/field-based role supports patient access to therapy by educating providers on benefit verification, prior authorizations, and patient assistance programs.

The FAM will collaborate with Field Sales, Market Access, and other teams to address payer barriers, monitor access trends, and coordinate with hub vendors on patient cases.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial).
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality expertise.
• Remote work with 20-25% travel; must reside in assigned territory.
