Job summary

Merck is seeking a Field Access Manager to serve as a subject‑matter expert on access for HCPs and HCOs. You will work remotely with field teams to support patient access to therapy, provide education on access processes, and coordinate with hub vendors and payers.

You will analyze access trends, address barriers, and build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product access while complying with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and substantial knowledge of health insurance structures and access processes.
• Experience with patient support, reimbursement, or health care sales.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B and Medicaid access processes.
• Understanding HIPAA regulations and data privacy in health care.
• Ability to manage priorities in a remote work setting with travel.

Responsibilities
