Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or operations, or reimbursement support.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education to HCP accounts on patient access and benefits.
• Analyze access trends and payer coverage to address barriers.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Market Access and other teams to enable patient access.
• Educate HCP offices on hub programs, patient support offerings and financial assistance.
• Escalate access issues with third parties and coordinate with hub vendor.
