Merck is seeking a Field Access Manager to serve as the access subject-matter expert for HCPs and HCOs. This remote/field-based role collaborates with field sales, market access, and patient support to ensure timely patient access to therapy, educating providers on access processes and payer coverage.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial).
• Experience with hub programs and patient support activities; remote work ability.

• Provide information and education to HCP accounts on patient access, benefit verification, prior authorization, and patient support programs.
