Brink’s is seeking a Business Development Specialist – Financial Institutions for a remote US role. You will carry quotas, drive orders and revenue, and collaborate with North American sales, Product, and Operations to tailor ATM managed services for banks and credit unions.

You will translate capabilities into business value, lead complex pursuits, and contribute to go-to-market execution across priority accounts, with a focus on growth in the financial-institution segment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales success with a quota.
• Experience selling into financial institutions preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver assigned orders and revenue quotas, maintaining clear accountability for measurable sales results.
• Work with North American sales leaders and account teams to build winning solutions and drive opportunities from discovery through contract execution and close.
• Support complex, high-value pursuits, including solution strategy, value articulation, competitive differentiation, and deal structuring.
• Engage directly with customers as a solution and industry expert, supporting discovery, executive discussions, workshops, and validation sessions.
• Help advance opportunities through the sales cycle by reducing friction, clarifying scope, and aligning solutions to customer outcomes.
