You will create, review, and evaluate federal and military-style reports while applying established documentation, reporting, and compliance standards. No prior AI experience is required for this role, but strong expertise in federal reporting and staff writing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in federal reporting or staff writing.
• Experience with military or federal reporting formats and documentation standards.
• Background with US military branches preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of federal compliance and reporting practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and review WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
• Develop content following federal and military reporting standards.
• Evaluate sample reports using grading criteria and quality standards.
• Develop reference responses, guidelines, and evaluation rubrics.
• Provide expert feedback on reporting structure, clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to improve deliverables.
