CrowdStrike is seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager for the Federal Civilian market (remote, DMV). This role focuses on positioning next-generation endpoint security to senior government executives and expanding federal revenue across a defined territory.

You will drive pipeline, manage MEDDPICC processes in Salesforce, and work with partners and internal teams to win strategic opportunities. A 5+ year background in security software sales to federal agencies is required, along with

• As a Federal Civilian sales expert, you close deals with senior government executives.
• Proven track record exceeding bookings and revenue targets in security tech.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS products.
• Ability to articulate CrowdStrike’s strategy to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated executive relationship-building across large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell next-generation endpoint security to Federal Civilian customers.
• Develop pipeline, territory planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
• Engage executives in industry, partners, and customers to drive strategy.
• Negotiate and close deals while collaborating with Field Sales, Channel, and SE teams.
• Capture and share prospect information using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
