Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Federal Sales, to position next‑generation endpoint security to senior Federal Civilian executives.

The role is remote, ideally based in the Washington DC region, with a focus on driving net new revenue and protecting critical government networks. The candidate will manage a Federal sales territory, build executive relationships, and collaborate across functions to close opportunities while achieving quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution selling with 3+ years in software security/infrastructure for Federal Government and Civilian Community.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
• Able to build executive relationships and create demand for deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage Federal/Civilian sales territory including pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and sales presentations.
• Establish access and maintain relationships with Federal decision makers across IT and senior levels to drive sales strategy.
• Develop and execute account strategy to close new business and expand revenue with customers in the region.
• Scope, negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Ops, SE, Services, and Product to engage target accounts.
• Work with partners to leverage account presence and disseminate prospect information using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
