Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive large, complex opportunities within enterprise accounts and grow existing client relationships.

You will position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice, driving the sales cycle and coordinating with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals. The right candidate will network to executive levels, demonstrate a track record in selling high-tech solutions, and leverage AI capabilities to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to large organisations.
• Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level.
• Experience selling technically complex solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver value propositions.
• Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
• Ability to succeed in a quota driven sales environment.
• Native fluency and business level German.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with internal resources to build a pipeline to meet and exceed your sales quota.
• Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Network within the client’s business and influence decision makers, typically at C-level.
• Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts.
• Expand sales within existing and new accounts while building relationships with decision makers.
• Articulate and promote CrowdStrike’s value proposition to become a trusted advisor.
• Prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and targets.
• Lead a virtual team with internal collaboration to drive and close opportunities.
• Take control of opportunities and forecast outcomes; leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making.
