Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Federal Sales, to position next-generation endpoint security for senior Federal Civilian executives. You will translate CrowdStrike capabilities into client value, build executive relationships, and drive new business while coordinating with partners and internal teams.

This remote role prefers a Washington, DC region hub and requires a proven, results-driven sales track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution selling experience with 3+ years selling software security and/or infrastructure products within the Federal Government and Civilian Community.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
• Successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Run Federal/Civilian sales territory including pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and long-term opportunity management.
• Establish access and maintain relationships with Federal decision makers to drive sales strategy and goals.
• Identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new opportunities and expand revenue.
• Negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
• Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the territory.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Ops, Systems Eng, Services, Customer Support, and Product Dev to drive engagement.
• Work with partners to leverage their account presence and relationships.
• Capture and maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
