Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. Remote work is available from anywhere in the U.S. with travel to meet 50% of the time, and you will lead deployment of secure mission-critical communications solutions.

You will direct project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, drafts SOWs, and communicate progress to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with requirements and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in LMR/Engineering/Project Management.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Willing to travel 50% across the continental US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch or upgrade solutions.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to handoff with metrics.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards.
• Draft statements of work and manage vendor/subcontractor performance.
