Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. This role offers flexible remote work within the United States with 50%+ travel and a focus on delivering mission-critical digital mobile solutions for government and public safety customers.

The candidate will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and security clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance as required by government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Direct project lifecycle from initiation to completion, monitoring performance metrics.
