Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support Department of Defense initiatives within the Federal Division. This role offers flexible remote work from anywhere in the United States with proximity to a major airport and requires 50%+ domestic travel.

You will oversee deployment of products and services, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, draft SOWs, and ensure contract compliance. A PMP is preferred and DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Proven track record deploying IT communication systems.
• Experience administering government and public sector contracts.
• Background in technical roles such as Project Lead, Engineer, or Senior Technician is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Manages project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
