Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. The role offers flexible remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with 50%+ travel and responsibility for end-to-end project delivery of mission-critical communications systems.

Ideal candidates have PMP, strong program management skills, and a track record in government contracts, with ability to secure security clearances and manage large cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust Clearance and security clearances as required.
• Willingness to travel 50% across the continental U.S. and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade systems.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to handoff, monitoring performance metrics.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Draft and manage SOWs, vendor and subcontractor performance, and change orders.
• Prepare documentation for internal reviews and customer updates.
