Job summary

Motorola Solutions Federal Division is seeking a Federal Project Manager to support DoD initiatives. This role offers flexible remote work within the United States and requires 50%+ travel across the continental U.S.

You will oversee deployment of products and services, lead cross-functional teams, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality and rigorous security standards for government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in LMR, engineering, project management, or public safety.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience delivering government/public sector contracts.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across the continental U.S.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Directs the project lifecycle from initiation to handoff, tracking performance.
• Ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards and compliance.
