Xage Security is seeking a high-performing Federal Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the U.S. federal market. This role focuses on developing account strategies, closing new business, and expanding relationships with federal agencies.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions and navigate complex federal sales cycles, including negotiation and contracting. Remote with preference for Washington, D.C.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise or federal sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling into U.S. federal agencies.
• Experience with MEDDPIC or similar sales methodology.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within U.S. federal agencies.
• Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, program managers, and contracting officers.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with Xage’s federal go-to-market strategy.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including negotiation and contracting.
• Partner with Federal System Integrators (FSIs) to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
• Collaborate with presales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver solutions.
