Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Federal Account Executive, Civilian to own a defined portfolio of cabinet-level civilian agencies. You will drive the full sales cycle, from discovery to close and expansion, leveraging a FedRAMP High platform and marketplace access to accelerate procurement and program wins.

You will manage sponsor maps, partner strategy, and forecast defensibility, while navigating agency budgets, approvals, and security requirements to deliver validated risk reductions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS to U.S. federal civilian agencies.
• 8+ years quota-carrying enterprise technology sales, incl. 5+ years to federal civilian agencies.
• 3+ years selling cybersecurity, INFOSEC, or security SaaS solutions.
• Must have existing, verifiable relationships across multiple cabinet-level civilian agencies.
• Deep understanding of federal procurement mechanics (GSA, GWACs/IDIQs, SEWP, BPAs).

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of civilian agencies with ARR quota and expansion targets.
• Develop mission-aligned account plans linking NodeZero outcomes to agency programs.
• Prospect and build self-sourced pipeline with agency stakeholders.
• Run proof of value engagements with Federal Sales Engineering.
• Manage end-to-end federal procurement processes and quotes.
• Maintain accurate SFDC pipeline and weekly/quarterly forecasts.
