Caring Family Coordinator at SilverAssist is a remote role supporting families navigating senior care options. You will deliver referrals, coordinate tours with partner communities, and help Family Advisors align on goals while addressing barriers to tour completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles, operations, or sales.
• Ability to deliver results in a remote telecommute environment.
• Industry knowledge or prior senior care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community referrals that match care seeker inquiries.
• Coordinate tours with community partners and care seekers.
• Monitor and address barriers to tour completion with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Family Advisors, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in pilot testing to refine the FC model and increase tours.
