Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Remote Application Systems Analyst to join our technology team.

The role focuses on supporting FACS ARM software, optimizing business processes, and ensuring reliability of critical applications in a fully remote capacity. You will analyze system performance, manage access controls, and collaborate across teams to implement enhancements and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certs are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• Working knowledge of application security and data protection best practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, GSEC, CEH, CISSP, or CISM) are preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate the processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support development initiatives.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommendations to increase efficiency.
• Monitor system access points and report security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering strong customer service.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
