Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst to join its technology team. The role focuses on supporting FACS ARM software, enhancing system performance, and ensuring data integrity across critical applications.

You will resolve issues, manage access and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deploy improvements. This is a fully remote opportunity in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in application support, systems analysis, or a related IT field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform: Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, Logic Blocks.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations; relevant security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal users and clients and resolve application issues.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and system changes for users.
• Coordinate processing and delivery of client data files and reports.
