Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst to join our technology team.

You will provide technical support for internal users and clients, manage access and security, and monitor critical business applications and data workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement improvements, and support the development and maintenance of information systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, IT, or related field.
• High school diploma required; technical education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues for internal users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective solutions.
• Document business processes, procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-delivered outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Monitor system access points and report security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors and partners.
