Job summary

Mindful Support Services seeks a Facilities Project Coordinator to bring new therapy offices to life nationwide. The role partners with project teams, vendors, and leaders to drive logistics, procurement, budgets, documentation, and vendor relationships.

This remote, full‑time position requires travel up to 25% (typically 3 days to 2 weeks) and residence within driving distance of a company office. A bachelor’s degree and project coordination experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Help Bring New Therapy Offices to Life: Coordinate planning, coordination, and launch of new therapy office locations across the country.
• Coordinate Vendors & Project Execution: Manage vendor communications, obtain and compare quotes, and ensure work is on time and within budget.
• Support Budgeting & Project Reporting: Track project expenses and buildout budgets, provide updates on project performance.
• Improve Processes & Systems: Create and update guides, procedures, and project resources to scale efficiently as the company grows.
