Job summary

Mindful Support Services seeks a Facilities Project Coordinator to drive new therapy offices nationwide. The role partners with project teams, vendors, and leaders to move projects from concept to opening, coordinating logistics, budgets, and procurement.

This is a full-time remote position with travel to local offices and project sites. The ideal candidate has construction, tenant improvements, or related experience, and must be able to travel regionally/nationally, lift up to 50 lbs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction management, property management, facilities, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally for expansion projects.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and personal vehicle required for travel.
• Must reside within driving distance of one or more company office locations in the state in which they are based.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and launch of new therapy office locations across the country.
• Coordinate with project managers, brokers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track from planning through opening day.
• Coordinate furniture, fixtures, equipment, décor, installations, and office setup to create welcoming spaces.
• Assist with site evaluations, space planning, and office design decisions aligning with standards and provider needs.
• Review project invoices and support the payment process with Accounting.
• Track project expenses and budgets, providing regular updates on performance.
