Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking a Facilities Project Coordinator to bring new therapy offices to life nationwide. You will partner with project teams, vendors, contractors, and leaders to drive logistics, procurement, budgets, and documentation.

This is a full-time remote role with travel to local offices and project sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project coordination or related fields, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel regionally and nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction management, property management, facilities, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally for expansion projects (typically 3 days to 2 weeks at a time).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Personal vehicle required for travel between locations; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Must reside within driving distance of one or more company office locations in the state in which they are based.

Responsibilities

• Help Bring New Therapy Offices to Life: coordinate planning, coordination, and launch of new therapy office locations.
• Coordinate Vendors & Project Execution: manage vendor communications, quotes, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Support Budgeting & Project Reporting: track expenses and provide regular updates on project performance.
• Improve Processes & Systems: maintain systems, documentation, and standards for facilities operations.
