Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking a Facilities Project Coordinator to bring new therapy offices to life across the country. This remote role collaborates with project teams, vendors, contractors, and leaders to manage logistics, budgets, documentation, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction, tenant improvements, or facilities management, and is prepared for travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally for expansion projects.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel with personal vehicle.
• Residence within driving distance of a company office location.

Responsibilities

• Help bring new therapy offices to life by coordinating logistics and launches.
• Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Manage furniture, equipment, decor, and office setup for new locations.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting.
• Improve processes and systems for facilities and real estate operations.
