Job summary

Mindful Support Services is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead rollout of therapy offices and major facilities projects. You will oversee planning, design, buildout, and handoff while coordinating architects, general contractors, landlords, and vendors.

The role requires travel up to 30% across the United States, and a flexible schedule to align with project milestones. This hybrid, full-time position offers involvement in budgeting, vendor strategy, and scalable project-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, facilities management, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years in construction/project management or tenant improvements.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, schedules, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage new office and facilities projects from planning through completion, including space planning and procurement.
• Serve as day-to-day project lead coordinating architects, contractors, property managers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and site travel to support construction, installations, and openings.
• Monitor project health with schedule, budget, risks, approvals, and opening readiness updates.
• Oversee construction activities including submittals, change orders, and scope modifications.
• Review drawings, scopes, bids, change orders, schedules, invoices, and closeout docs.
• Coordinate FF&E procurement, receiving, installation, and design implementation.
• Develop cohesive office design concepts aligning with brand standards and goals.
• Create finish packages, mood boards, specification books, and installation documentation.
• Track budgets for construction, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and vendor services.
