Job summary

Mindful Support Services is hiring a Facilities Project Coordinator to bring new therapy offices to life across the country. You will partner with project teams, vendors, contractors, and leaders to drive projects from concept to completion, coordinating logistics, procurement, budgets, documentation, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project coordination or related fields, is comfortable traveling up to 25%, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or related fields.
• Experience supporting multiple projects with budgets and timelines.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally (typically 3 days to 2 weeks).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel with a personal vehicle.
• Must reside within driving distance of a Mindful Support Services office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and launch new therapy office locations across the country.
• Coordinate vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Manage furniture, fixtures, equipment, and office setup to create welcoming spaces.
• Track project expenses and buildout budgets; provide regular updates on performance.
