Job summary

Zurich North America seeks a Finance & Insurance Executive to drive growth in the Southeast Michigan territory. You will lead F&I sales within automotive dealerships, prospecting, building relationships, and presenting solutions to help customers achieve profitability.

Role offers work-from-home flexibility, travel, and a generous incentive plan with a company car. Candidates with automotive F&I or senior sales leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of dealership finance or sales leadership experience, or
• High school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years of dealership finance or sales leadership experience.
• Must reside within the required territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: identifying and developing new business prospects for Finance & Insurance within the Michigan territory.
• Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Closing: managing and growing the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
• Direct Sales: conducting sales presentations in-person or via Teams.
• Consulting: collaborating with field teams to implement programs and strengthen customer relationships.
• Building market share: working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
