Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales in Indiana and potentially neighboring states. The role emphasizes cultivating dealer relationships and driving F&I opportunities across large automotive dealer networks, with a strong emphasis on performance and growth within the territory.

The position offers training, collaboration with stakeholders, and the possibility to work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, along with a competitive base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in sales or related field.
• Or High School Diploma with 4+ years in sales.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts and referrals for new F&I opportunities in large franchised automotive dealers.
• Support growth initiatives through ongoing training and development within dealerships.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet/newsletter.
• Attend conferences, seminars and meetings to promote Zurich's marketing efforts.
• Understand and respond to changing IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in.
