Job summary

Zurich Direct Markets is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to drive growth in the Southeast Michigan territory. You will identify new business prospects, build relationships with automotive dealers, and lead sales initiatives while working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.

The role requires dealership finance or sales leadership experience, knowledge of the automotive industry, and strong presentation skills to engage large audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.
• High school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business prospects, focusing on providing Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers.
• Attend Automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders via in-person and virtual channels to maintain solid relationships.
• Managing and growing your assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
• Conducting sales presentations either in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborating with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products, while strengthening customer relationships.
• Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
