Job summary

Zurich North America seeks a Finance & Insurance Executive to drive growth in Illinois and Wisconsin markets, leveraging automotive finance expertise to win new business and strengthen dealer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in dealership finance or sales leadership, or high school diploma with 4+ years in dealership finance or sales leadership.
• Must reside within the required territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new business with large automotive dealers.
• Attending automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s initiatives.
• Relationship management with new and existing customers across channels.
• Closing and growing your assigned territory to exceed targets.
• Direct sales presentations in-person or via Teams.
• Consulting with field teams to ensure program implementation.
• Building market share while working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
