Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales in the Atlanta region, with a focus on building relationships in Large Franchised Automotive Dealers and driving referral opportunities. The role includes working remotely, a performance-based incentive plan, and strong benefits.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in sales, plus knowledge of F&I products and dealership technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in the sales area.
• Knowledge of F&I products is preferred.
• Strong sales skills and familiarity with dealership processes.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts; obtain referrals.
• Support growth and profitability through ongoing training within dealerships.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet/newsletter.
• Attend conferences, seminars and training events to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts.
• Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts.
• Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
• Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no-cap incentive plan.
