Zurich North America in Illinois seeks a Finance & Insurance Executive to drive growth in the automotive dealer channel, selling F&I products and training dealership teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, prospecting, and direct sales, with remote work flexibility and travel. You will analyze financials, present to groups, and partner with field teams to implement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in dealership finance or sales leadership, or
• High school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years of dealership finance or sales leadership.
• Must reside within the required territory.
• Outside sales experience and knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
• Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g. GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
• Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
• Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology.
• Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes and F&I products.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting: Identify and develop new business prospects for Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers; support P&C product marketing in the territory.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Closing: Manage and grow the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
• Direct Sales: Conduct sales presentations in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
• Consulting: Collaborate with field team to ensure seamless program implementation and strengthen customer relationships.
• Building market share: Work remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
