Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive sales across the West Division's F&I book in the automotive dealer network. The role combines field engagement with remote work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and includes a generous incentive plan and company car.

You will cultivate dealer relationships, drive production in current accounts, and promote growth through training, conferences, and effective cross‑stakeholder communication while staying aligned with

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in sales, or HS diploma with 4+ years in sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and dealership processes.
• Experience with F&I products and warranty claims terminology.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts.
• Support growth via training and development within dealerships.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and events to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts.
• Understand IT needs of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in.
• Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
