Leader Bank is seeking an Experience Banker to provide phone, email, and online chat support for online banking products across consumer and business platforms. This fully remote role serves customers with banking questions, card issues, and account changes, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online banking issues, including passwords and navigation.
• Manage open tickets with timely follow-ups.
• Process changes for loan and deposit customers per procedures.
• Support debit card operations and card maintenance.
• Verify new online banking enrollments to prevent fraud.
• Assist loan customers with inquiries including due dates and balances.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat; initiate outbound calls.
• Provide backup support within the Experience Banking department.
