Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a customer service professional to respond to telephone or email inquiries and resolve issues across multiple systems. You will learn products, services, rates, terms and procedures to advise customers effectively and provide solutions in a courteous, accurate manner. Starting dates available in November with several shift options.

This is a remote role with a preference for candidates near major hubs, including St. Louis, MO and other U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum nine months of contact center training/experience.
• Eighteen months of prior customer service or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Resolve problems and errors including fraud support and internet operations.
• Liaise with different U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues.
• Provide information on accounts with professionalism and accuracy to meet customer needs.
