Job summary

Shifts vary with start times; a 10% shift differential applies for late starts, and a 10% language premium post-assessment for Spanish bilingual candidates. Remote with hub preferences across major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically nine months of contact center customer service training/experience.
• 18 months of prior customer service or related experience.
• Completed specialized skill training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries and problems.
• Research and resolve issues including fraud support and internet operations.
• Gain thorough knowledge of U.S. Bank products, services, rates, terms, fees, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between customers and bank departments to resolve complex issues.
• Handle inquiries across multiple systems with professionalism and accuracy, presenting banking options to meet customer needs.
