Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Customer Service Professional to deliver a high level of service by responding to telephone or email inquiries and resolving problems. You will become knowledgeable about products, services, rates, terms, and procedures, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve more complex issues.

Remotely based with preferences for hubs across the U.S., including St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum nine months of contact center customer service training/experience, 18 months of related experience, and completion of specialized skill training.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems.
• Research and resolve problems including fraud support and internet operations.
• Liaise between customers and U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex issues.
• Process inquiries using multiple systems and present options to meet customers' financial needs.
