Job summary

GBTA is hiring an Exhibit Operations Specialist in a remote capacity. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, invoicing, and database maintenance for multiple global events, coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

You’ll ensure accurate floor plans, run reports, and support exhibitor services, with travel up to 15% as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 2–3 years in marketing, sales operations, or business development, plus strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
2–3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
Strong working knowledge of exhibition mapping systems and CRM tools (ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad, Salesforce, Cvent).

Responsibilities

Oversee exhibit fulfillment for events and collaborate with sales operations and sponsorship teams.
Process exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices; generate reports.
Maintain expo databases and update floor plans, mapping systems and logistics.
Coordinate move‑in/move‑out and collaborate with internal and external partners.
