Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• 2–3 years in marketing, sales operations, or business development.
• Experience with event expo tools (ExpoFP/Map Your Show/Expocad) and CRMs (Salesforce/Cvent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee exhibit fulfillment for all events, coordinating with sales operations and fulfillment teams.
• Process exhibitor inquiries, agreements, and invoices; generate reports.
• Manage expo database, floor plans, and mapping, updating exhibitor contacts.
