Job summary

GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a remote position. You will manage exhibit fulfillment for events, coordinate with sales, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

The role requires organizing exhibitor data, updating floor plans, and collaborating across departments on marketing materials and manuals. Some travel may be needed to support events and conventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of expo mapping systems and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for exhibit deliverables for all events, partnering with the sales operation fulfillment team.
• Respond to exhibit requests, exhibitor agreements and invoices, generate reports.
• Execute the fulfillment process once a booth is sold, email confirmations and deadlines.
• Manage expo database process, update exhibitor contacts and floor plans on the website.
• Track expo booth approvals and mapping system quotas and paperwork.
• Collaborate on creating exhibitor service manual and marketing materials for expos.
• Develop and maintain floor plans and logistics with contractors and teams.
• Coordinate housing, registration, and appointment tools with meetings team.
• Upsell expo opportunities to exhibitors and manage turnkey add-ons.
