Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• MS Office products with strong PowerPoint skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work non-standard hours for events and travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Exhibit fulfilment for all events and collaborate with sales operation fulfillment.
• Respond to exhibit requests, exhibitor agreements and invoices, generate reports.
• Execute fulfillment process after booth sale and monitor codes for each booth.
• Manage expo database, update exhibitor contacts and floor plans.
• Oversee expo approval process and exhibitor badges tracking.
• Develop exhibitor service manual, prospectus, and marketing materials.
