Job summary

GBTA is seeking an Exhibit Operations Specialist for a fully remote position. You will manage exhibit fulfillment, reporting, and the exhibit operation system, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure successful events.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 2–3 years of marketing, sales operations, or business development experience, with strong knowledge of ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad, Salesforce, and Cvent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing, sales operations, or business development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of showing mapping systems such as ExpoFP, Map Your Show, Expocad.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Strong working knowledge of Cvent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Remote work experience and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for exhibit deliverables for all events, partnering with sales operation fulfillment team.
• Respond to exhibitor requests, agreements and invoices, generate reports.
• Execute fulfillment process once a booth is sold, email confirmations and deadlines.
• Manage expo database process and floor plans; update website as needed.
• Track expo badges, approvals, and mapping system data.
• Develop exhibitor service manuals and marketing materials with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate exhibitors move‑in/move‑out and logistics with internal and external teams.
• Drive incremental revenue by upselling expo opportunities to exhibitors.
